Another Triple Signing

Greg Webb, Chris Sockett and Lewis Gorle are the latest three players to join Hinckley AFC.
22 year-old Webb joins from Bedworth United, where he earned rave reviews last season at step four. He is a versatile, attack minded full back, who can also play in the centre of defence. Before joining Bedworth, he played for Coventry Sphinx and Atherstone Town.
Sockett is a well travelled full back, who is also local to the area. He jumped at the chance to play for the club this season, and will give balance to the side in a back four.
He can also play in midfield, and fans saw a glimpse of his sweet left foot on Saturday when he scored a stunning goal to make the score 4-1 early in the second half.
Gorle is another local player who expressed his interest in joining Hinckley AFC. A former Heather St John’s and Boldmere St Michaels full back, he is attack minded and very quick. Lewis is equally comfortable operating as a winger.
The three additions mean that Carl Abbott now has eighteen players who have signed for the club ahead of our inaugural season in 2014-15.
