Match Preview: Barlestone St Giles

Hinckley AFC play their first semi-final tonight when they take on Leicestershire Senior League side Barlestone St Giles at Holmes Park, Whetstone, kick off 7pm.

Carl Abbott’s side have recorded wins over Houghton Rangers (3-0), Allexton and New Parks (6-2) and Aylestone Park (4-2) to reach the semi-final, and face a Barlestone side who have won just two of their last eight matches in the Senior League.

They reached the semi-final by beating Barwell Reserves (4-0), Rothley Imperial (2-0) and Sileby Town (3-2).

The match will be played at Leicestershire & Rutland FA headquarters, Holmes Park, Dog and Gun Lane, Whetstone, Leicester, LE8 6FA.
