With two weeks remaining until the start of the MidlandSporting Khalsa League Division One season, Hinckley AFC travel to MFL Premier side Sporting Khalsa tomorrow in the first of three consecutive away friendlies.

Carl Abbott’s side will face a tough test against the side who won last year’s West Midlands Regional League Premier Division champions, losing just one league game (away at Ellesmere Eangers) on their way to 117 points.

But they will be confident after acquitting themselves wellHinckley AFC badge against higher level opponents thus far during their pre-season campaign.

Hinckley will come up against a familiar face tomorrow in the shape of striker Craig Bannister, who now plies his trade at Noose Lane.

Sporting Khalsa play at the Asprey Arena, Noose Lane, Willenhall, WV13 3BB. The ground is less than four miles from Junction 10 of the M6.
