Notice of 2015 AGM

In keeping with the written constitution of Hinckley AFC, it is almost time once again for the shareholding supporters of the club to have their say in shaping our future at our forthcoming AGM.

The AGM will take place on Thursday 3rd December at the Starlight Suite, Leicester Road, Hinckley, at 7-30pm. Members are reminded that they may submit resolutions for consideration at the meeting. The deadline for submissions is Friday 20th November, allowing sufficient time for the agenda to be set and requests for proxy forms to be completed.

Resolutions should be emailed to secretary@hinckleyafc.co.uk, or handed to any member of the Board of Directors at matches for the attention of the Company Secretary. Alternatively, they can be posted to the Company Secretary, Hinckley Community Football Club Ltd, Green Acres, Aston Lane, Aston Flamville, Hinckley, LE10 3AA. Please include your name, address and membership number in your correspondence so that membership can be verified.

There is one vacancy on the Company Board, and the deadline for receipt of nominations for the position is midnight on Friday 20th November. Nominations must be on the prescribed form, which is attached below, and be countersigned by two members whose membership was valid on 1st November 2015.

Please note that the AGM is a members only event. People whose memberships are not valid will not be allowed to attend.
