AGM Agenda Confirmed

The agenda for Hinckley AFC’s 2015 Annual General Meeting has been confirmed today.

The AGM, which takes place this coming Thursday 3rd December, will be held in the Starlight Suite at the former Greene King Stadium, starting at 7-30pm.

The agenda is as follows…

• Chairman’s Report
• Secretary’s Report
• Treasurer’s Report and Annual Accounts
• Appointment of Auditors
• Elections of Officers
• Member Resolutions
• Any Other Business

Member resolutions are…

• That the club will lobby to the league to change the current rule of only one promotion slot from Division One
• That season ticket holders will be given priority allocation for all ‘all-ticket’ matches
• That the current number of elected board members should be increased from seven to nine
