Hinckley AFC’s Annual General Meeting will take place in Gadsby’s on Thursday 24th November 2016, starting at 7-30pm.
In keeping with the club’s constitution, the three longest serving members on the Board of Directors must stand down at the AGM.
Being three of the six longest serving members of the Board, Gerry Abbott, Ron Ashby and Ray Baggott will be stepping down, and may seek re-election if they wish.
As a result, there will be four vacancies on the club’s Board of Directors. Nominations will need to be received by the Secretary, Rachel Bradford, by 27th October 2016.
If more than four nominations are received, an election will take place with the results being announced at the AGM.

Please note that the AGM is a members’ only event, along with any potential election. Anyone who has not renewed their membership for the 2016-17 season will not be eligible to vote or attend the AGM.
