Abbo adds Miveld as Darkin ruled out

Hinckley AFC manager Carl Abbott has added former Coalville Town captain Lee Miveld to his squad with Darious Darkin ruled out for six weeks.

Darkin came off injured during yesterday’s Emirates FA Cup win over Aylestone Park, and was fortunate to escape a fracture in his leg. However, he has picked up some ligament damage and will be out for around six weeks.

To counter that loss, former Coalville Town and Oadby Town midfielder Miveld joins from county rivals Shepshed Dynamo.

The former Ravens skipper played for Coalville in their FA Vase final at Wembley and was with the club for seven years, either side of a brief spell at Rugby Town. He has since spent time with Mickleover Sports and Grantham Town, and now links up with AFC from Shepshed.
