Match Preview: Stafford Town (h)

Hinckley AFCHinckley AFC will look to continue their recent run of good form when Stafford Town visit St John’s Park this afternoon, kick off 3pm.
Dale Belford’s men have won each of their last three games, coming from behind to beat Leicester Road before wins over AFC Mansfield and Heath Hayes.
Now, Stafford are the visitors with Hinckley looking to ensure they remain in the top five of Division One.
Still yet to draw a game this season, Stafford lie 18th in the table, having won five and lost 13 of their 18 games thus far.
Midland Football LeagueThat included an opening day defeat to AFC, but of the Hinckley side that started in that 4-2 win back in August, only three players are still with the club.
With eight goals, Ryan Pace is their leading scorer but Town have lost eight of their last nine in all competitions, that run only broken up by an impressive win at Lichfield City ten days or so ago.
Four goals at Heath Hayes in the week meant Hinckley retained their record as the league’s top scorers. Steve Hart’s 16 goals in 14 games have been supplemented by Luke Richards netting two braces in his last two games, while Jake Healy has also Stafford Townchipped in well.
And Belford’s side will be looking to cement that record against the Reds this afternoon.
