Track and Trace at Hinckley AFC

Help ease congestion at turnstiles on home matchdays by completing our Track and Trace form that you can download from our website.

The document, attached below, will help the flow of supporters entering the ground on matchdays and reduce queues outside the ground, as well as reducing the risk of fans not being inside the ground for kick off.

We would ask supporters to print off and complete the form, simply filling out the name and telephone numbers of you and anyone else attending in your bubble.

You can then hand it to our volunteers in front of the turnstiles – though you will be able to give Track and Trace details at the ground too. However, for easiest entry, we would request that this is left for supporters without access to the internet.

Supporters will only need to fill out the form the first time they attend a home fixture, with the club compiling a database for future matches.

Turnstiles will be open from 1.45pm on Saturday matches and 6.45pm for midweek home fixtures, and we ask supporters to arrive in plenty of time to ensure the process is as quick as possible.

We look forward to welcoming supporters back into grounds, with now less than three weeks to go until our first league fixture against Cadbury Athletic.
