AFC add Isa Abraham

Hinckley AFC are pleased to confirm the signing of pacy winger Isa Abraham from league rivals Atherstone Town.

The exciting young forward player spent last season with Coventry Copsewood and scored six times in eighteen starts from the wing, raking in an impressive ten Man of the Match awards in that time.

He was a pivotal part of that side that beat Hinckley 3-2 at Allard Way in January, scoring the winner and setting up another.

Following that impressive season he joined Atherstone in the summer and started four times for them already this term before making the switch down the A5 to join his former manager Joe Conneely at AFC.

Manager Courtney Belford said: “Isa’s a really good player and one we were after in the summer.

“He’s quick, exciting and one that fans will enjoy watching. He’s the type of player who can get you on the edge of your seat.

“He can play anywhere across the front three and gives us options to be flexible with the way we line-up. I’m really pleased to have him on board and it’s great that he’s come here to join Joe and I.”

Welcome to the club, Isa!
