The Football Association has confirmed that football at our level will be suspended from Thursday until December 2nd in line with recent government guidelines.
It means that Hinckley AFC’s trip to Uttoxeter Town and the following games will be postponed for at least the next four weeks.
In a statement, The FA said: “Our aim is to ensure that the 2020-21 season is completed at these levels and will liaise with the relevant leagues and the County Football Associations to provide support and establish appropriate options to do so if required.”
This suspension kicks in from Thursday, meaning our match tonight against GNP Sports will still go ahead and will be our final action for at least four weeks.
