Hinckley AFC 2022 AGM

Hinckley AFC can announce that the club’s 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 24th January 2023.

It will take place at the New Plough Inn, 24 Leicester Rd, Hinckley LE10 1LS, with an 8.30pm start. Please note a slightly later time than previous AGMs.

Full details, agenda and related documents will be emailed or posted to all members in due course.

The Board

The three directors due to step down according to the club’s rules of rotation are Keith Hookham, Bryan White and David Gunn. There are five directors remaining, so will be a maximum of seven vacancies for the club board.

We will announce which directors will seek re-election in the coming weeks, but the club are encouraging anyone else who feels they can make a difference to stand for election to the Board and help us continue to push the club in the right direction. The ideal candidate would need to make themselves available to attend as many matches as possible to help with all the match day duties.

If you wish to stand as a candidate for election to the Board, please download the Board Nomination Pack at the bottom of this article. Read thoroughly and complete the Candidate Nomination Form, returning the form to the Company Secretary, David Jackson either personally at a match, or by post:
