Pre-Season Schedule Announced

Hinckley AFC are pleased to announce our initial pre-season schedule ahead of the 2015-16 season, which includes three matches at St John’s Park, where Carl Abbott’s men will be spending a second season following a successful 2014-15.

The return to SJP was confirmed following positive feedback from players and supporters alike, while the efforts to secure a return to Hinckley in the future continue.

In the Midland League First Division, we look to be waving goodbye to Highgate United, winners of the First Division, while saying hello to Coventry United and Leicester Road, promoted from the Midland League Division Two. Congratulations to all three teams on their respective promotions. The full league constitution will be decided in the coming weeks.

Our pre-season lineup starts with a game against landlords Heather St John’s on Saturday 4th July, before we host two clubs at step three or higher: Tamworth and Barwell.

We then face four away matches at Sporting Khalsa and AFC Wulfrunians, both of whom will be at step five next season, Dunkirk and Chasetown.

The Midland League First Division season will start on Saturday 8th August. Our full schedule is:
