Match Preview: Wolves Sporting (a)

Hinckley AFC’s JW Hunt Cup campaign continues this evening when they make their second trip of the year to Wolves Sporting, kick off 7-45pm.

The previous meeting between the two sides came back in September, and saw Hinckley run out comprehensive 5-0 winners in the FA Vase.

But the home side have gone on a fine run since then, winning their last nine home games in all competitions to put them fifth in the West Midlands Regional League.

And that good run of form will mean they will pose a threat to a Hinckley side that got back to winning ways last time out against Leicester Road.

Both sides recorded comprehensive victories to reach this stage: Sporting winning 6-0 against Wyrley while Hinckley also put six past their first round opponents, Continental Star.
