Hinckley AFC’s Supporters’ Group will be holding a clothing collection at our FA Vase match against Cogenhoe United to help those in need in the area.
If you have any clothes, clean bedding, new and packaged pillows or duvets that you would like to donate, bring them along to the game on Saturday 22nd October.
Everything donated will go to help those in need in our community of Hinckley and the surrounding area.
We will also accept new toiletries, slippers, socks, pyjamas and dressing gowns, colouring books, and stationary including pens and pencils.
Supporters Group representative Zoe Measom said: “As a community football club, we feel it’s massively important to support those in need.
“We ran a foodbank collection towards the end of last season (pictured) which was hugely successful and are planning on more of these events through the season.”
If you have ideas to help our club in any way, then head down to the Supporters’ Group’s next meeting. It will be held on Thursday 20th October at The Greyhound in Hinckley, starting at 7.30pm.
