39-goal forward Chandler Pegg and left-back Danny Fraser have signed forms with Hinckley AFC ahead of the new season.
Pegg’s debut season at the club last term yielded a ratio better than a goal a game, including two in the play-off semi-final against Droitwich Spa.
He played 36 times after joining from Lichfield City in September and his immediate impact, scoring a late winner on debut against Stafford Town in the FA Vase, was repeated regularly through the season.
As such, he was recognised with the Supporters’ Young Player of the Year, Manager’s Player of the Year and Players’ Player of the Year at our presentation night in April.
Fraser, meanwhile, joined in November from Coventry Sphinx and started 29 of the remaining 31 matches in the season, including each of the first 25.
His defensive solidity was balanced with attacking prowess that brought about three goals, including the 1,000th in our history against Droitwich Spa in November, and a number of assists from his delivery into good areas.
