Central midfield player Deshon Carty has joined Hinckley AFC from Midland League Premier Division side Highgate United.
Carty joined Highgate in the summer and has featured six times for them so far this season in their impressive start to the season that sees them currently second in the table.
All six of those appearances have been from the bench, though, and he joins Hinckley in search of more regular first-team football.
Formerly of Romulus, the 22-year-old scored seven times in 31 games for them at step five a couple of seasons ago after moving to Birmingham for university. He is originally from South London and featured for Cray Wanderers, Fisher and South Park before relocating to the Midlands.
AFC remain short on numbers due to injuries in the squad with Josh Clews and Harry Walker-Donovan both missing from midfield areas at the moment. Chandler Pegg, Brandon Bache and Isa Abraham are also batting injuries.
