Board Election Timetable Confirmed

The timetable and process for the rerun of Hinckley AFC’s board election has been confirmed, and nominations for the board can be sent in now.

As with the original election, there will be seven vacancies for the board, and nominations are invited from the membership. To be eligible to nominate and elect potential board members, your membership must be valid as of Thursday 16th April.

The nomination process is open now, and will close at noon on Tuesday 21st April. If there are more than seven nominees, an election will take place. Ballot papers will be sent to members and you will be invited to vote for up to seven candidates for the board.

If an election is necessary, candidates will be invited to present their manifestos at the members evening on Thursday 23rd April.

Voting will close on Wednesday 13th May, with the results announced at 7-45pm the following day in Gadsby’s.
